(3) Virtual/in-person sessions before labor. We will discuss your (birth) preferences, nourishment, movement, and postpartum plan.
Between 38-42 weeks of pregnancy, I am on call for you.
Ongoing physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the duration of labor based on laboring person’s discussed birth preferences. Labor support can be provided virtually or in-person. Support provided through labor will continue immediately after birth. Breastfeeding assistance after delivery, if desired.

Session is approximately two hours. We will go over the physiological stages of labor, considerations for your birth preferences, interventions and more.
Breastfeeding is natural but it does not mean that it is always easy.
